Overview
In 1984 the United States is plunged into a nuclear holocaust. 13 years later, two reluctant partners must maintain law and order. Tim Allcock is Wayne Baseman, an impulsive maverick who never has a plan. Trent Collins is Ricky "The Axe" Rodriguez, an aging albino-black detective with a death wish.
