Overview
Frustrated by claims that he raped a fellow student, Daisuke drops out of high school before a verdict is reached, lashing out at Shimako, a sympathetic teacher who believes he should stay and prove his innocence. Though Daisuke flees to a remote seaside town, their paths seem destined to cross again, threatening to reopen fresh wounds before they can heal.
