Overview
Hayley Simmonds found herself at a difficult crossroads in her life after three years studying science and rowing at Cambridge, but in a fortunate twist of fate started cycling. Subsequently she has raced her way to National titles, Commonwealth medals and has the Olympics in her sights. GCN follows Hayley’s training, meets the team of people behind her success and watches as she attempts to break her own record and become the first female to complete a 10 mile time trial in under 19 minutes.
